To qualify, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours from receipt for prepared food, and before the “use by” time where applicable. We may request order details and clear photos of the items and packaging to assess the issue. For food safety reasons, we typically do not request returns of prepared food; however, we may ask you to retain the items until our team advises otherwise.
How to Request a Refund

Cancellations

Food Safety and Returns
For health and safety reasons, prepared food cannot be returned once opened or consumed. Please store items safely until our team confirms next steps. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the majority of the item has been consumed, unless required by applicable law.
Proof of Purchase
Please keep your receipt or order confirmation. For in-store or pickup orders, present your receipt when requesting a refund. For delivery orders, your digital order confirmation and delivery timestamp will be used to verify eligibility.
Governing Law
